About This Service
We translate patient-facing documents including discharge instructions, patient education materials, consent forms, and health questionnaires for hospitals and health systems with multilingual patient populations. Spanish, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, and Arabic are our most requested target languages for healthcare clients in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. We translate pharmaceutical documentation including labeling for FDA submissions, investigational new drug (IND) application materials, package inserts, and clinical study reports. For medical device companies, we translate 510(k) submissions, instructions for use, labeling, and post-market surveillance reports. Clinical trial translations include informed consent forms, patient-reported outcome instruments, and protocol documents, following ICH-GCP requirements. All medical translations undergo a subject-matter review pass in addition to standard linguistic review. We do not use machine translation or AI post-editing for any medical document.
