Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
If a completed translation contains errors directly attributable to our translators that materially affect accuracy or usability, we will correct it at no charge within the seven-day revision window. In cases where correction is not possible or practical, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@galaxytranslations.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order reference and a written description of the issue. We respond within two business days. Claims must relate to translation accuracy, not stylistic preferences, changes to your requirements after delivery, or errors in the source document you provided.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for stylistic dissatisfaction, errors originating in source documents, or where the translated document has already been submitted or published to a third party. Rush and express delivery surcharges are non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original Stripe payment method within 5-10 business days.
